This time, John Devlin and Finbarr Desmond are the men taking on the management responsibility for our new Under 15 Division 1 side. They are well aware of the task ahead, but with plenty of work and application to the job at hand, they will build the new side and develop new players along the way. The satisfaction to be gained will be enormous - first goal, first clean sheet and their first win will all be milestones for the side.
